The inverted zipper with zipper guards on the inside and outside as well as a zipper pull “pocket” at the bottom are the little extra safety and comfort features that set this product apart. The inverted zipper makes diaper changes a breeze, prevents accidental pinches and combined with the zipper pull “pocket”; make it harder for an older child to unzip the sac.

Why Wool?
Sleep Promoting Humidity & Temperature Control
Babies sweat in their sleep just as adults do (an adult loses a pint of sweat every night!). Wool wicks moisture (diapers leaks too) away from baby and allows this moisture to evaporate – leading to a more restful and comfortable sleep. Wool is a truly remarkable natural fiber – it can absorb 30% of its own weight before feeling damp! it is warm in cooler temperatures and cool when the temperature is warmer. This is in part due to the fact that wool fibers create insulating air pockets and because wool wicks moisture away, baby doesn’t get clammy, sweaty, chilled or overheat.
Hypoallergenic
Chemical free organic wool is also resistant to bacteria, mold and mildew.
THE EASY CARE OF WOOL
Wool is particularly easy to take care of. It is naturally resistant to mildew, mold, and bacteria. For the most part air and sun (if available) is all wool needs to clean itself and last for years. Even diaper leaks (if only urine) will be taken care of by simply hanging the sleep sac so that air can circulate. If soiled wash your sleep sac on the gentle or wool cycle using tepid water (be sure that the wash & rinse temperatures are the same, as drastic temperature changes will shrink the wool). Always use a detergent specifically formulated for wool, such as rinse free Eucalan as these are lanolin enriched. Wools natural lanolin gives it its antibacterial, moisture-resistant barrier, allowing circulation of air that promotes dissipation of moisture. Hang your sleep sac to dry!
Here’s to a wonderful, safe, natural and luxurious nights sleep!
Testimonials:
Poppy loves her sleep sac, as do I! It's very reassuring to have her in something that isn't going to be kicked off or be potentially smothering.
Many thanks Jennifer
Hi Jennifer:
I received the sleep sack today and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is so
soft and made so beautifully, I wish I had bought one sooner. My son goes
to the local Waldorf school here and I will tell anyone with a baby about
these. If you aren't familiar with Waldorf, they put a huge emphasis on
warmth for the young child with wool. Have you thought of marketing these
to Waldorf toy sites? There are many of them and most sell woolen
undergarments for children, your sleep sack would fit in beautifully. I
have a few friends with babies, if the budget allows, I'll be ordering a few
more.
Thanks so much!
Catherine

I will recommend them to everyone.
Good luck.
